Please wear whatever is comfortable and can get wet. Please, no heels. Sunglasses and a hat are recommended during the day charters. You may be getting spray from the waves and possibly will leave a bit wetter than you came!

A light jacket is recommended if you are uncomfortable in the cold- even tropical wind chill can get chilly sometimes!

From the beach, you will board a dinghy (a small, motorized boat) and be brought to the catamaran. Wet, sandy feet should be expected!

You will be provided with complementary light snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Complimentary drinks include: white wine, sparkling wine, variety of spirits & mixers, fruit juice, Modelo, Medalla, sparkling water.

While we do our best to have a variety of drinks available for our passengers, please understand we are not a full bar.

On the majority of our sails, children of all ages are welcome aboard Dallaris! Each child counts as a passenger regardless of age. Due to minimal light and visibility, only passengers 18 years and older are welcome aboard our Full Moon Sail.

*Children’s Life Jacket Policy: The Coast Guard requires that when a vessel is underway, children 12 and under must wear a lifejacket. We will provide lifejackets for all passengers. If you have a Coast Guard approved lifejacket that your minor will happily wear, please feel free to bring it along!

The process of getting to the boat requires some agility and mobility. Please note that you will be taxied from shore in a small dinghy, therefore some balancing and climbing will be needed to board the sailing vessel. Expect wet, sandy feet. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns.

Smoking is not allowed aboard Dallaris. Please note that vape pens are also not permitted aboard our vessel.

The maximum capacity onboard is 6 passengers, plus crew. There are NO exceptions to this capacity clause.

When you book your sail online, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information. It is VERY IMPORTANT to be on time. Due to this being a time sensitive sail we cannot wait for latecomers. No refunds will be given for those that miss the boat.

To participate in a private charter you need a reservation in advance.

For a sunset sail, you have the option to walk-up with no reservation, but we cannot guarantee availability and we would hate to turn you away at the dock! Therefore, we highly recommend a reservation.

Anyone is prone to seasickness.

If you wish to take preventative measures there are several medications that are very effective in preventing seasickness. Please do your own research in deciding which medication will best fit your needs.

Pharmacy Reyes, located in Isabel II, usually carries at least one motion sickness preventative.

On board, we have non-medicated options available if you begin to feel queasy. Please speak to the captain to get ideas of how to lessen your symptoms as soon as they arise.

All passengers 18 years of age and older must carry a photo ID per Coast Guard regulation and for alcohol consumption during excursions.

Parking is available in the public beach lot near the check-in location. Please respect parking zones and driveways if parking on residential side streets. It is not recommended to leave valuables in your car unattended.

If you need to cancel your private charter for whatever reason, 50% of your money will be refunded if you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled charter. This does not include third party fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled charter or in case of no shows.
